1. You may cancel your order/subscription any time.
2. If you cancel your order before we start working on it, we will refund 100% of your payment (transaction charges will be deducted)
3. If you are not 100% satisified with our services, you may cancel the order and we will refund all the balance payment of your order. However, the amount we have already completed for your project will not be refunded.
