If you request a refund before we start working on your project, we will refund 100% of your payment (transaction charges will be deducted). If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund, and we will refund all the balance payment of your order.
However, the amount we have already completed for your project will not be refunded. Please note that only the balance payment will be refunded. If you have a specific complaint and need a complete refund, you may send us a refund request, and we will make a fair decision accordingly.
