Refund Policy:

If you request a refund before we start working on your project, we will refund 100% of your payment (transaction charges will be deducted). If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund, and we will refund all the balance payment of your order. However, the amount we have already completed for your project will not be refunded. Please note that only the balance payment will be refunded. If you have a specific complaint and need a complete refund, you may send us a refund request, and we will make a fair decision accordingly.

Indemnification:

By agreeing to the terms of this agreement, users of the site and service agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Content Reservoir from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, or demands of liability, including attorneys' fees and costs incurred by Content Reservoir and its affiliates in connection with any claim by a third party (including an intellectual property claim) arising out of (i) materials and content you submit, post, or transmit, or (ii) use of the site by you in violation of these Terms of Use or in violation of any applicable law.

Unlimited Revisions Policy:

We offer unlimited revisions on all projects until they are completed. Once a project has been completed, clients may request revisions for an additional period of 2 weeks (14 days). Clients will have to start a new project to request further amendments or suggestions. Please note that revisions do not include changes to the project brief.
